Mladen Zaprianov holds a Master degree form the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, as well as a Master degree of Business administration from the University of Nantes, France. His professional path abounds in building, transforming and managing different areas in the corporate life of UniCredit. He led local and international teams, heading International payments, Organization, Global transaction banking and Real Estate and Logistics departments In UniCredit Bulbank as well as Trade Services, Transactional Sales and STEF(Structured Trade and export Finance) product line for Central and Eastern Europe. One of the influencers and creators of the UniCredit GTB Academy. Member of the Board of UniCredit Factoring.
In 2019 Mladen Zaprianov startгed an endevour following his passion to share the knowledge and experience acquired during 20 years of Corporate life, leveraging the skills of a Professional Trainer, Chartered Mediator and Certified Coach (by Robbins-MadanesTraining under his teachers Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha and Magali Peysha) into support to the development of business organizations and personal development of their employees and his individual clients.

Irina Panayotova
Irina Panayotova, a graduate of Sofia University and TU Dresden, holds a masters degree in German and European studies as well as a bachelor degree in Public administration. Her corporate path began in 2009 with her employment in HPE as a project manager, where she excelled and was rapidly promoted to a leader of a project manager team. She also serves as a mentor and trainer. Her deep knowledge in specialist selection and negotiation stems from her role in designating the most fit candidates for the corporate projects. Her genuine interest in personal growth led her to unravel the secrets of NLP, later certified as a Master Practitioner of NLP. She is also a certified and chartered mediator and buisness trainer.
